Do I need a personal injury lawyer if I am injured in Grant County?

Sometimes people from George and surrounding areas contact us if they have been seriously injured. CCD Law has been representing clients since 1948 and has the ability and resources available to tackle insurance companies and handle all types of injuries.

Many insurance companies want to pay out as little as possible and we are here to make sure victims receive the maximum amount of compensation available to them. In some cases, insurers will even blame the injured. In ejection accidents insurers may offer little or nothing  as victims may not have been wearing seatbelts. Common tactics insurers use are to delay, deny, defend to minimize the amount they should pay out. Don’t let this happen to you during your time of need. (For example: Injured victims may still sue in WA even if they weren’t wearing a seatbelt).

An attorney is not needed in each and every case but we will still be happy to evaluate your unique situation. If our services will benefit you we will offer them. If you or a loved one has been injured in George in an accident similar to the one above or injured in any other way, contact us today for a free consultation.
