How to Get a Car Accident Report from Washington State Patrol (Police)

To get an accident report from Washington State Patrol (or an accident report from Spokane Police), victims can use the “WRECR” (Washington Requests for Electronic Collision Reports) to obtain it online. You will need your collision report number OR name and collision date. Same day electronic delivery of the report is available if the report is complete.

If you were injured, your retained lawyer will obtain this report on your behalf.

Your report will cost around $10.50. You will want to wait two to four weeks before searching for your report. This gives the responding officer time to complete a collision report and submit it.
