A traffic accident involving four vehicles tragically claimed at least one life in western Spokane Valley Thursday afternoon. The Spokesman-Review reported the collisions occurred around 3:35 p.m. along East Sprague Avenue near North Fancher Road on May 20, 2021.
Reports from the scene indicated that a pickup truck, an SUV, and two other vehicles were involved in the accident that happened near the I-90 overpass on Sprague. Officials confirm that at least one person was killed. There’s been no word on any other injuries.
The Spokane Valley Traffic Unit was investigating the scene but has not released information on what caused the accident.
