Spokane Valley afternoon traffic can get congested on Interstate 90 and along the roads running nearby. Routes off of I-90 can get very busy and when drivers get reckless or careless serious accidents can result.
Drivers can glance at a cellphone or reach for a drink and allow inattention to send their vehicles out of their lane. They may even be distracted enough to miss a light changing from yellow to red in front of them.
Drivers choosing to proceed recklessly only add to risk for every other motorist. Speeds can build well beyond the posted speed limit. Drivers may also become a bit aggressive and start taking the safety of other motorists for granted. With the traffic levels seen every day across Spokane, a driver who isn’t committed to safe driving can cause devastating accidents that result in severe injuries and even the loss of life.

Securing Assistance for Victims And Families After a Spokane Valley Accident
A terrible crash can suddenly leave a family without the love and support of a loved one. This loss will prove difficult emotionally and financially as close relatives are left to settle the estate of the victim while also trying to cope with such sad news.
Families can face funeral and burial costs and emergency services fees just days removed from a tragedy. These expenses can arise just as a family might have to cope with the loss of the financial support a victim had always provided his or her loved ones through employment.
It’s not unreasonable to expect an at-fault driver’s insurance company to provide support for families dealing with such a crisis. By filing a wrongful death claim, families can ask for support for all of these hardships and secure compensation to help the family avoid financial hardships in the coming years.
For surviving victims of an accident who must now complete a long, expensive recovery, a claim for damages can also be filed against the responsible driver’s auto insurance provider. This claim is meant to secure money for all hospital bills now and any care required in the future. The lost wages a victim suffers while they miss time on their jobs can also factor into this claim.
