Collision Between a Car and Semi in Spokane
A driver in a car was taken to the hospital after a collision with a semi-truck in Spokane Wednesday afternoon. FOX28-TV reported the crash happened along I-90 at the Evergreen Road exit on March 17, 2021.
The Washington State Patrol (WSP) says the accident occurred when the semi changed lanes and hit a car that was in the truck’s blind spot. The car was sent well off the interstate. The driver was taken to the hospital but was expected to survive.
Emergency crews blocked one lane of westbound I-90 while assisting with the accident. The WSP is investigating the collision.
