Traffic Infractions

If you have received an infraction ticket, the officer will have given you a green or white ticket. If you received a gold ticket, that is a criminal charge. Please refer to the criminal section on this web site.

All you need to do is check the box on the ticket requesting a contested hearing. Then send the ticket to the address listed on the front within 15 days.
